MACtac® Improves Service Levels through a Partnership with Valued Distributor
Distribution of building products and grit tapes transitions to Jacobs & Thompson
MACtac® Technical Products recently transitioned the service portion of its building products and grit tapes product lines to its trusted distribution partner Jacobs & Thompson. The partnership is the result of service improvements that focus on increasing customers’ service levels and ease of doing business.
“We continuously strive to provide our customers with quality products and services,” said Justin Kalvitz, general manager, MACtac specialty and retail divisions. “This partnership combines the strength of two companies, and we have seen improved service levels in the couple of months since the partnership was finalized.”
MACtac will continue to manufacture the coated products but building products and grit tapes product lines will be shipped to J&T for finishing, packaging and sale.
